AG Collaboration was founded in 2017 by Ann Generlich FCIM, CIPR, a chartered strategic leader specialising in brand, marketing and communications.

As CEO, Ann brings over 20 years of experience delivering commercially driven strategies that translate complex ideas into measurable business outcomes.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holder of the CIPR diploma, Ann partners with founders and senior leadership teams to shape brand and communications strategies that increase market share, strengthen customer loyalty and deliver sustained commercial growth.

Multilingual and commercially focused, Ann works closely with organisations to solve complex brand challenges, whilst maintaining a clear focus on performance, integrity and long-term value. Ann also maintains an established contemporary art practice, bringing a distinctive creative perspective to her strategic work.
